Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Enjoy free shipping on every US order over $100.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process you order (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once you order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification and tracking number. We appreciate your support and patience!

What if my package gets returned?

If your package gets returned to sender, we will contact you to rearrange shipping. (Note: You will need to confirm your address and pay for shipping again, which may be more expensive than your original payment.)

My order was marked as delivered, but I don't have it. 

Please make sure to check all locations and with neighbors. Some mail carriers will mark delivered up to 48 hours in advance. If in 48 hours you still have not received, you package please contact your local post office.

I received the wrong product.
