Refund policy

For product and health safety reasons, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds (this includes gift cards).

For items damaged in transit, we do offer product replacements. To be eligible for replacement, please contact us at sassykkreationsllc@outlook.com within 10 days of receiving your order to receive a return shipping label, and return the product to us in the condition it was received.
