How do I use your products?

Body Scrub: Apply desired amount to palm and massage gently onto your body using circular motions to remove dead skin cells. Allow the scrub to sit on your skin for a bit. Rinse off thoroughly and pat dry, or, to seal in moisture, follow-up with a Sassy K Kreations body oil and or body butter of your choice. Do not use on broken skin.

Body Oil: To seal in moisture, apply to wet or damp skin directly after bathing or showering. 

Body Butter: Apply daily to quickly rejuvenate dry skin and hands. To seal in moisture and for best results, apply directly after bathing or showering before bed. For an extra dose of hydration, pair with a Sassy K Kreations body oil.

Do Sassy K Kreations products contain preservatives and/or emulsifiers?

Using as many natural and organic ingredients as possible is, and will always be, a main priority for us. Because our body butters contain water and our scrubs may come into contact with water while being used in the shower/bath, we must add emulsifiers and preservatives to these product formulations.

Sassy K Kreations products safe for pregnancy?

Although we use natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting with your physician before enjoying any of our products if you are pregnant or nursing.

Orders + Refunds

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
No worries! If this happens to you, please reach out to sales@sassykkreations.com with your order number and discount code as soon as possible and we'll get everything adjusted for you.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please note that we aim to process orders very quickly once placed, so the window to edit or cancel is small. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email sales@sassykkreations.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help you with your request.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Please email sales@sassykkreations.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible and we'll try our best to process your request! Unfortunately, if you've received a tracking email, your order has already been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout.
